At Sattvita, customer safety and product hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we follow a strict return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is completely unopened and the original safety seal is intact.

  • Bottle must be unused & unopened
  • Original seal must be intact
  • Original packaging required
  • All free/complimentary items must be returned
  • Request within 7 days of delivery
Opened, used, tampered, or damaged products are NOT eligible for return.
Complimentary Items Policy

Complimentary items are considered part of your purchase. Returns are accepted only if all free items are returned in original condition.

Missing or damaged complimentary items may lead to return rejection or deduction from the refund amount.
Initiating a Return

Our team will provide Return Authorization (RA) instructions. Products sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in error cases)
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

After verification, we will arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping).
